The Sad Truth Why Nollywood Actor Frederick Leonard Isn’t Married

 Handsome Nollywood actor Frederick Leonard is not yet married as all the news surrounding his marriage are all rumours. Frederick Leonard who is no longer getting any younger is not yet ready to walk down the aisle with any lady as he is still single and doesn’t even have a girlfriend talk less of fiancée.



Most of the friends in the circle of Frederick Leonard are all married. The 44-year-old actor does not seem ready to walk down the aisle with his heartthrob. Maybe he could still be searching for his special one on the single market. But does it mean they is no lady out there that got Frederick Leonard eyes on or does it mean he is absolutely not ready to get married even though he is fast approaching 50 years old.

He has been constantly pressured by his family and colleagues to get married but all indications tell us he is not ready for such journey. According to him he will only get married once he meets the right person, especially someone that will respect him, love him sincerely and accept him the way he is. According to him, he doesn’t care if the lady is rich or poor, famous or infamous, short or tall white or black, beautiful or ugly. He will only marry once he found a lady that is humble, respectful, God fearing and hard working.

Three years ago, Frederick Leonard got engaged to Nollywood beautiful actress Peggy Ovire, but their relationship only lasted for one year and boom they broke up. As for now, Frederick Leonard is not married and there is no news of him engaged with any woman. According to popular Nigerian blogger, Stella Dimoko, Frederick Leonard and Peggy Ovire had a relationship that started around 2015 and lasted for about a year. Since then Frederick Leonard has remain single and hasn’t thought of settling down with any woman. We pray and hope that he get married soon since age is no longer by his side.

Frederick Leonard is a famous Nollywood actor, model, producer and a television personality. He was born on 1st May 1976 in Lagos State, Nigeria. He is currently 44 years old. He is very handsome, gifted, skillful, creative and talented in acting and interpretation of movie roles. He knows how to interpret his roles very well, and can fit in any character given to him by movie directors and producers in Nigeria. He is originally from Anambra State in the south eastern part of Nigeria but was born and raised in Lagos State in the south western part of Nigeria. He acts mostly in romantic movies. He always plays the role of a good husband, romantic boyfriend and royal prince in several Nollywood movies.

Frederick Leonard joined the Nigerian movie industry popularly known as Nollywood and started his acting career in 2001. He started with minor characters and later upgraded to supporting role and now lead role in movies. He combined both his education and acting career together until he graduated in 2008. After completing his tertiary education in 2008, Frederick Leonard made a comeback to the Nigerian movie industry popularly known as Nollywood and acted in the Nigerian blockbuster movie “Indian Doctor” a movie that brought him to limelight and attracted him to movie directors and producers in Nigeria. The movie also won him an award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the Africa Movie Academy Awards and Most Promising Actor in Nigeria at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards.

Frederick Leonard completed both his primary and secondary school education in Lagos State in the south western part of Nigeria and obtained both his First School Leaving Certificate and West African Senior School Certificate. After completing his primary and secondary school education, Frederick Leonard attended Kaduna State Polytechnic and graduated with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Biochemistry. He is currently one of the trending actors in Nigeria, having carved a niche for himself in the make-believe industry.

Frederick Leonard has acted in more than 190 Nollywood movies. Some of the movies he has acted include Disclosure, Indian Doctor, Promised Beyond, Doctor May, Beyond Love, and many more. He acts mostly in romantic movies alongside with Chelsea Eze, Ruth Kadiri, Tonto Dikeh, Chacha Ekeh, Ken Erics, Uti Nwachukwu, Yul Edochie and a host of other top actors and actresses in Nigeria.
